Plant Profile – Raphiolepis Indica ‘Oriental Pearl’

This dark green shrub can be spotted easily at the beginning of Spring, showing off its jacket of white flowers. ‘Oriental Pearl’ is a dwarf form of Raphiolepis growing 0.8 to 1.0m and grows in full sun to part shade, it flowers best in full sun. A great choice for low hedges, pots and mass planting. Can be left with little pruning in its natural rounded form or can be pruned after flowering to maintain a hedge shape.
